Fix:
sudo apt-get install xulrunner
( sudo yum reinstall xulrunner on fedora)
append to eclipse.ini
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/lib/xulrunner/xulrunner
voila!!!
