Vuze apparently uses XulRunner as the browser, So copy or link this file:
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
to
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/plugins
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
to
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/plugins
